Making Megaforce (2025) Preview

Bob Lindenmayer has been a fan of the 1982 cult classic Megaforce all his life. In his upcoming feature-length documentary Making Megaforce, set for release later this year, Bob takes his Megaforce fandom to about as far of an extreme as you can go. Not only does he interview the usual suspects (star Barry Bostwick (George Washington II: The Forging of a Nation, The Rocky Horror Picture Show), producer Al Ruddy (The Cannonball Run, The Godfather), and stuntman Gary Davis (Captain America II: Death Too Soon, Stroker Ace) among them), but also he gathers fans together to recreate a climactic scene from the film. A highly personal journey on both the making of the film and the making of Bob himself, Making Megaforce shows how any film can have a fanbase, and even what some would consider the worst films have a lot of love and hard work put into them.
